half cups of plain flour
1/4 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Baking soda 1 tsp
1/2 tsp salt
Sugar1 cup or if you are using jaggery, coconut sugar or palm sugar then you should take 1.5 cups
Water 1 cup
1/3 cup oil (coconut, canola or light olive oil)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar or plain vinegar but make sure they are of good quality
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Unsalted butter-1/4 cup
Good quality of cocoa powder - 3 tablespoon
1/2 cup powder sugar or icing sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of milk or milk cream
Preheat the Oven to 170 C for at Least 15 Minutes and Grease a 9inch Round Cake Pan. Add Some Four on It or You Can Line It with Parchment Paper. Now Set It Aside.
Now You Need to Mix Plain Flour, Cocoa Salt, and Baking Soda and Sieve the Mix at Least Twice and Aerate the Flour.
Now It's Time to Add Sugar and Mix It Well.
Create a Well in the Center and Pour Oil, Water, Lemon Juice or Vinegar and Vanilla
